Redditch United welcomed the BBC for the week as the Valley was the chosen venue for an episode of ‘Shakespeare & Hathaway: Private Investigators‘!
The fan-favourite show has begun filming for Series 5 and one of those episodes will be at the Valley Stadium, or in fact, the Goneril Stadium home to Avon FC as it will be known in the episode. ‘Shakespeare & Hathaway: Private Investigators‘ Series 4 was the second biggest BBC day time series in 2022 with an average audience of 2.3 million! Jo Joyner, Mark Benton and Patrick Walshe McBride are the lead stars as the household names spent a week filming at Redditch United.
The new Series will premiere next year, so make sure you tune in to find out ‘Whodunit’ and see the Valley Stadium transformed into an exceptional set for a thrilling storyline.
