We’re delighted to launch our Social Impact Report 2026, revealing that the club has delivered £4.2 million of social value to the local community over the past year.

The report highlights the extraordinary breadth of work taking place both on and off the pitch at the Valley Stadium, reinforcing the club’s vision to be a genuine driving force for positive change in Redditch.

Key achievements include the club becoming what is believed to be only the second football club in the world to achieve carbon-neutral status, the rescue and integration of the much-loved REDI Centre following the financial difficulties faced by Redditch Youth and Community Enterprise, and the continued expansion of the club’s education and SEND programmes, including being the only football club in the country to offer full-time SEND sports provision.

Across partnered schools, holiday camps, junior football, and community programmes, the club reached over 13.2 million people online, supported 1,400 school participants, provided 1,800 funded HAF holiday camp places, and generated £2.9 million in workforce value through its 339 volunteers.

Chairman David Faulkner said, “In a town where over half of households face deprivation in at least one aspect, this work has never mattered more. The best is still to come.”
