Future Reds will provide a platform for boys & girls from reception age to year 6 (Pan-Disability ages 5-16) to take their first steps into football, through a thorough coaching curriculum.
The Future Reds coaching curriculum is centred around individual player development, based on the four corner process, ensuring all have the opportunity to develop technically, socially, physically and psychologically. The curriculum will also coach the 3 principles of football, in possession, out of possession and in transition, all while being a fun and engaging session for participants!
As well as individual player development, Future Reds also puts great emphasis on developing teams, with opportunities to form new sides and become an organised team at Redditch United.
