We’re pleased to announce that Aram Soleman has agreed terms for the upcoming season.
The 24 year old tireless midfielder now takes the title of the longest-serving player in our Men’s First team. Aram has been with the Reds since December 2021 and has become a mainstay of our side, particularly since recovering from a severe ACL injury sustained in the 2022/23 season.
Our midfield man popped up with 6 League goals in 36 appearances last season, with some of those goals of significant importance; the winning goal against Bromsgrove at home, and the opening goal against Needham Market on the last game of the season to name a couple.
Tim Flowers had this to say; “I’ve known Aram for a long time, he was at Solihull Moors as a very young lad when I was there as Manager and I’ve followed his career since. I remember he played against me when I was at Stratford and he was absolutely outstanding. I know all about him; he’s strong, combative, physical and just a really nice lad. He’s got a goal in him alongside his technical ability. Again, he was a part of that core dressing room spirit that we all know existed last season. I’m absolutely delighted and again, he was another lad who had options as I’m sure we all know, but has chosen to stay with us and most of these lads are doing so for less money which is just a testament to last season and what we have as a Football Club.
