We are thrilled to announce that centre back Jenny Bugg-Millar has committed herself to Redditch United Women ahead of the 2024-2025 season.
Jenny has been at the club for two years and has improved her game massively since arriving in September 2022 which earnt her the most improved player award from Women’s First team manager Matt Bailey at the end of season awards.
We caught up with Jenny to get her thoughts on the improvement of the club since and how she has improved as a player since arriving at the club.
You improved a lot as a player last season, what do you put this down to?
I think my confidence has increased massively which has shown on the pitch for sure and I love to challenge myself and constantly keep improving as a player. Also the coaching we’ve all received over the last season has been great and has definitely had a big impact on all of us!
What do you think has improved here since you joined the club back in 2022?
The togetherness we all have now is at a completely different level. We’ve finally got to the point where we’ve got a really solid foundation to build from which is very exciting and involving the women’s side more with the club looks great for our future.
