Redditch United earned their first league away win of the season, as they ran out 2-1 winners against Racing Club Warwick. Archie Hamp opened the scoring for the hosts, before goals from Szhem Whyte-Hall and Dan Sweeney sealed the three points.
There was just one change to the lineup as Harrison Hazard replaced the suspended Morgan Owen.
Kai Willliams had the first effort of the game early on when he was played in behind, but fired his effort across the face of goal.
Aram Soleman looked to be pushed off the ball, but Warwick were able to get the shot off and Rory Brown did well to save from a tight angle. However, the hosts would score from the resulting corner through Archie Hamp’s back post header into the back of the net.
It was a tough first half battle, but Szhem Whyte-Hall would grab the equaliser in the 31st minute, after he headed in a cross from the right hand side.
A number of long balls over the top from the Reds seemed to cause the hosts a number of issues at the back, but they would hold off until the break.

Just after the restart, Tyler Bruck was played in behind by Robbie Bunn. The forward then delivered first time to Whyte-Hall, who turned with the ball and fired an effort goalwards, but Tom Allsopp did superbly to push it behind.
Rhys Hilton cut inside from the right beating Hazard, before smashing a low effort of the post.
There was a lengthy stoppage in play, as Stan Straw and Archie Hamp were involved in a head collision, Straw was subsequently forced off and replaced by Sam Beedie.
Whyte-Hall was played down the left, before working it round his man and squaring it back across goal for substitute Dan Sweeney to tap in for his second goal in two games and put the Reds ahead.
RC Warwick launched the ball into the box repeatedly at the death, but Redditch defended well to earn their first away league victory of the season.
