On Saturday 24th May, the Valley Stadium was host to a unique evening for the Redditch community as local boxing club, Wallop Boxing, put on a show of 21 bouts across the night. A wide range of ages represented local boxing clubs, as well as a selection of boxers from the British Armed Forces.
With our pitch due to be relaid in the summer, it gave us the perfect opportunity to try something different and it was fantastic to see so many people enjoying the day. The 1891 Lounge was packed full with hospitality enjoyers as well as a jolly crowd around the ground enjoying all the bouts.
