Redditch United are thrilled to announce the signing of Matty Warburton for the 2025/26 season.
The midfielder brings a wealth of experience and has an incredibly high pedigree, with over 300 appearances spanning from Step 2 to League One. The 33-year-old lists Curzon Ashton, Salford City, Stockport County, Northampton Town, Yeovil Town (loan), Halifax Town, Solihull Moors and most recently Kings Lynn as his former Clubs.
An FA Trophy winner with Stockport County and a League Two play-off winner with Northampton Town, he’s a goalscoring midfielder with over 150 goals to his name. He played a part in Solihull Moors’ 2023/24 season, where they reached Wembley twice – the National League play-off final and FA Trophy final, scoring during the FA Trophy penalty shoot-out.
