We can confirm that Keron Jackson has stepped down from his role as Assistant Manager with immediate effect.
Jackson joined Redditch United alongside Matt Clarke in 2020 as his assistant and recently stepped into the interim managerial position during Matt Clarke’s absence. Despite tough circumstances and a challenging start, Keron remained positive throughout and eventually saw us secure a play-off spot. We acquired our highest League finish (4th) since the 2015/16 season whilst under his management and we’d like to express our immense gratitude for all of his efforts and hard work in the 4 years he has been with us.
On ‘X’ (Twitter) Keron commented; “I have really enjoyed my time at this great club being an integral part of a successful management team with the highlight of leading the team to finish 4th and into the play-off semi finals. They are great memories I will always be proud of. I have so many people to thank and have made some friends for life. Once a Red always a Red.
